Right to rectification / erasure

In case of correction, addition or deletion of personal data, the administrator will immediately notify you of the correction, update or deletion.

You have the right to request that the data controller restricts the processing of your personal data by the operator in the event of inaccuracy, illegality, cessation of processing purposes or submission of an objection.
The right to transfer your data
You have the right to request the controller to provide you with the personal data it processes in relation to you.
You have the right to request the controller to forward the personal data it processes in relation to you to another controller at your request.
Contract law
In addition to the right to withdraw consent, in the case of the use of personal data for the purposes of information or direct marketing, it is possible to notify or direct the marketing in writing at any time to stop the use of data for this purpose. In case of objection to processing for marketing purposes, the controller will immediately stop the processing of personal data for marketing and information purposes.

The right to access personal data relating to you
You have the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller or the processing of personal data and access to your personal data relating to you and to the following information: purpose of processing, type of personal data relating to the user, users of your personal data, period assessment storage of personal data, source of personal data.
Breach of personal data protection
In the event of a breach of the protection of your personal data and in the event that this would mean that such a breach of the protection of personal data could pose a significant risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you immediately.
In the event of a breach of personal data protection, we will notify the competent authority without undue delay, but no later than within 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach of the user’s personal data protection.
Right to appeal

We undertake to process all collected data only within the framework of the above-mentioned purposes of personal data management and in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant sectoral regulations and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data (GDPR).
